Sales / Project Coordinator
A position is currently available at our Souderton, PA campus for a Sales / Project Coordinator. This individual will work as the liaison between Company and Customers and coordinates the upkeep and updating of all Customer Service-related paperwork.
Responsibilities:
- Provides technical support to Service Personnel
- Visit Customer Sites and provide Customer Service Support
- Communicate with Sales/Project Engineers, purchasing department and production to expedite orders, making sure all are on schedule. Call customers when there is a delay
- Continually manage the delivery dates of Representative equipment
- Call customers to inform them of completed job, collect PO #s and clarify information including pickup, delivery and shipments
- Maintain and update customer database
- Develop bill of materials from customer prints
- Complete purchase requisitions / obtain material pricing as requested (no purchasing)
- Assemble and maintain drawing packages for manufacturing – copy and distribute prints, work-orders, revise and update work orders and bill of materials with the most recent info
- Coordinate equipment rentals for installation jobs
- Coordinate common vehicle sign-out schedule
- Expedite the vendors for updated delivery schedules
- Determine reasons for any changes in delivery schedules from vendors
- Prepare and submit various status reports
- Provides general clerical support to Sales/Project Managers
Qualifications:
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access & Outlook, Acrobat and Power Point, ACT Database
- Ability to work in a people-oriented / fast paced/ multi-taking environment
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and well organized individual
- Communication Skills (written & verbal)
- Proficient typing skills
- Knowledge of office machines
