Overview

Roller Flight Conveyors consist of two strands of heavy duty chain equipped with rollers suspended between them. Products are carried on the rollers, and by powering the chain, products are transported or accumulated with minimum back pressure. This is a heavy duty conveyor that requires very little maintenance.

 

 

 

Features/Benefits

Roller Flight Conveyors have structural channel side frames. Rollers come in 2 1/2" or 2 9/16" diameters with 6" (chain pitch) centers. Effective widths are available up to 96" with unit load capacities up to 3500 lbs. Drive packages are available from 1/2 HP to 10 HP. Roller Flight conveyors can be built to your specifications.
