Apex SA Series - 3-Axis Traversing Robots
Smooth, efficient for reliable operation - Part removal has never been easier than with the SR-SA Series robots. With in-mold traverse movement, our robots can remove parts from difficult molds and reduce the cost of end of arm tooling. Utilizing the 8 spare output and 5 spare input terminals, the SA robot can be connected to conveyors, spray mist, shear cutters, sensors, and other downstream equipment to become a complete automation system. The SA robot includes a counter that can be set to drop parts for inspection at regular intervals or to stop operation after a designated quantity has been reached. The robot can also detect reject signals from the injection molding machine and drop reject parts at a designated point.

Apex SB Series - 3-Axis Servo Driven Traversing Robots
Pin-point accuracy at an affordable price - The 3-axis servo driven SB Series traverse robot combines versatility with pin-point accuracy creating a reliable robot at a very affordable price. The SB Series offers superior parts removal capability by reducing the difficulty and lowering the cost to build End-of-Arm Tooling. The SB is also great for applications such as rejection, test-mold and weight programs, as well as cycle counting. Equipped with 3-axis AC brush-less servo motors. The three axes can be synchronized to move to designated points at the same time. All this with accuracy within ±0.1mm.
