CoExpert Series - Co-Extrusion Control System
CoExpert takes control of your extrusion process - CoExpert is a Microsoft Windows -based computer packageŽ used in conjunction with Sterling blending and feeding equipment to control the extrusion process. It can be used on single or multi-layer applications, including wire & cable, profile, blown or cast film, or sheet. The standard CoExpert package is for use with up to six (6) SGC Series blending systems and/or SFC-M Series rate monitor units without a haul-off control. It controls extruder speeds, layer percentages, and blender recipes; and comes complete with all necessary hardware and software. Communications wires and cables are not included.

Monitoring your automatic dosing system - The Sterling S150 controller is a microprocessor based controller to operate the Sterling automatic dosing station for injection molding applications and the S150-E is used for extrusion applications. The additive is dosed synchronously to the main component and plasticization time of the injection molding machine.The dosing motor speed is monitored continuously and, if necessary, adjusted automatically.

SDD Series - Digital Dosing System
Designed to precisely dose plastic additives - The SDD Digital Dosing System offers precise feeding for almost any plastics machine, whether your application is injection molding, blow molding, or extrusion. The SDD 2 dosing unit offers the ability to use dual additives at different rates. The SDD dosing unit uses a variable speed DC drive motor and a correctly sized dosing disc to precisely feed powder or pellet additives, at the set rate, into the throat of the processing machine. Precision design and closed loop control ensures high accuracy to set point.
