Mars Series - Energy Efficient Servo Drive
The Mars series of machines offer a versatile and economical alternative to an all electric machine. It offers both the energy efficiency of an all electric and improved process repeatability compared to a conventional hydraulic toggle. At a price point of only a 10-15% above a standard Saturn Series Hydraulic Toggle, the Mars Series is the machine to consider as energy costs continue to rise. The machine features a servo motor driven gear pump hydraulic configuration which delivers oil when needed for the various functions. The motor pump combination is idle when motion is not required - such as during the cooling or hold time during the cycle. The Mars Series Machines meet North American Safety Standards.
