BP800 Series Granulator
Quiet-running beside-the-press for regrind - The BP800 Series granulators are designed for efficient beside-the-press regrind of reject components from injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion processes. Quiet-running and extremely versatile, they can be used with robot feed, conveyor feed or hand feed applications. These sound-attenuating granulators are available in three models-BP810, 814, and 818. All provide excellent quality regrind with the added advantage of reduced maintenance costs.

These sound-attenuating granulators are available in two models - 10 x 12 and 10 x 18. Both provide excellent quality regrind with the added advantage of reduced maintenance costs.

With a horsepower range from 7 1/2 to 25 HP, throughput capacities from 500 to 800 lbs./hr, and a wide range of sizes, there is a granulator ideal for your specific needs. The 3-knife open slant-cut rotor with scooped wings provides for both positive feeding of bulky parts and improved airflow for cooler operation. Rotating end discs reduce heat and abrasion.
